Meg Lui releases “Gone Girl,” her debut single on Asthmatic Kitty Records
Asthmatic Kitty Records is proud to introduce Meg Lui with her debut single “Gone Girl.” The song offers a loving plea to reconnect with the physical world – “Look up, look out, you’re missing your own life, trapped behind the glass.”
Co-produced by Sufjan Stevens and Keenan O’Meara and featuring a radiant chorus of background harmonies, the resplendent full-band track reveals the rare balance of tender sincerity and spirited wit at the heart of Lui’s songwriting.
Meg teamed up with Nine Mile Productions on the music video for “Gone Girl.”
